济南依泉而建、伴泉而生、因泉而名，素有“天下泉城”的美誉。泉水不仅在蜿蜒流淌中诉说着济南千年历史文化底蕴，于山水间彰显着江南的灵动秀美，更默默润泽着济南这片土地和依泉而居的淳朴百姓。纪录片《遇见济南》的首集嘉宾是来自智利的傅雷，他是山东师范大学留学生，来中国已经有三年时间了。期间，他曾去过北京、上海、苏州、青岛，他认为济南因泉水而显得更加平和安静。
